User Experience Manager for CT Software (m/f/d)

Your Tasks

  • Analyze customer use cases and workflows
  • Continuously improve the usability of our software products in close coordination with product owners and development teams
  • Develop new UX concepts and support their agile implementation
  • Design wireframes and mockups
  • Plan and implement usability workshops and usability tests
  • Develop Usability Design Guidelines

Your Profile

  • Degree in a relevant technical field of study (e.g., mechanical engineering, physics, materials science) or in media design/computer science
  • Professional experience in the usability design of technical B2B software (e.g., CAD, CAE, image processing, measurement technology, material testing, data analysis)
  • Conceptual strength and creativity
  • Enthusiasm, perseverance, and team spirit
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Willingness to travel nationally and internationally
