Because of our continuing expansion, we are looking for a(n):

Outbound Sales Representative

for our offices in Charlotte, NC.

Your Tasks:

  • You will be in charge for the acquisitions, research, and qualification of new customers via internet, telephone, and video conference.
  • You will be responsible for generating, evaluating, qualifying, and supporting leads
  • You will manage and close sales opportunities for both new accounts and existing customers
  • After an introductory training, you will take over telephone consultation and customer support
  • You will independently process sales orders and prepare offers, contracts, licenses, and invoices
  • You will assume additional administrative duties
  • You will support Sales Operations and Sales Analytics in creating diverse reports and figures
  • You will be responsible for maintaining the database in Salesforce and in Microsoft Dynamics Navision and you will create reports both in these systems and in Microsoft Excel
  • You will work closely with sales representatives, consulting, pre-sales, partner management, and technical support

Your Profile:

  • You successfully completed business studies, commercial vocational training, or equivalent qualification
  • You possess work experience in sales and/or customer support in the software industry
  • You have experience in the CT or X-ray inspection software industry or hardware, non-destructive testing (NDT) software, metrology, additive manufacturing, CAD, 3D measuring, or production automation technology is desired but not essential
  • You possess excellent team and communication skills combined with pronounced customer and service orientation
  • You demonstrate a high level of reliability, independence, flexibility, and sense of initiative
  • You are proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint); a strong affinity for IT and experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Navison, and Salesforce are desired
  • Candidate must possess a basic understanding and knowledge of the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), including what they are, what they cover, and the corporate responsibilities for compliance under these regulations.
  • You have an excellent command of English and Spanish
  • Other languages are a plus
