VGStudio MAX is the ideal solution for non-destructive testing and measuring of industrial parts. Since the volumetric data includes all information on a part, it allows both material and geometric testing (comparison against CAD models) to be performed within one software environment.

Slice views that can be moved in any required orientation allow virtual cross sections to be performed without destroying the object. Parts can be examined for porosity and inclusions. Not only the outside, but also inside geometries that cannot be captured by optical or tactile means can be used to solve metrological problems.

VGStudio MAX is the software tool for all applications of CT data analysis such as initial sample inspection, serial inspection, acceptance testing, in-line testing, production testing and maintenance/life cycle inspection. Due to its preciese surface extraction features, it can also be used for reverse engineering applications.
